Description

In "8.5.2.1.6 Derivation process for motion vector predictor candidates",

The conditions:

"LongTermRefPic( currPic, refIdxLX, RefPicListX) is equal to LongTermRefPic( currPic, RefIdxLX [ xBk ][ yBk ], RefPicListX)"

and

"LongTermRefPic( currPic, refIdxLX, RefPicListX) is equal to LongTermRefPic( currPic, RefIdxLY [ xBk ][ yBk ], RefPicListY)"

are missing. A fix based on JCTVC-J1003_d7 is attached.
