Description

Especially, fixes are required for tiles_or_entropy_coding_sync_idc equal to 0 and 1.

  • fix error in split and skip flag on Dependent Slice boundaries
  • fix error in estimation
  • usage of Dependent Slices with EntropyCodingSyncIdc = 0, it was used in the same way as with EntropyCodingSyncIdc = 2
  • usage of Dependent Slices with EntropyCodingSyncIdc = 1, ( DependentSliceMode 3: Enforce maximum number of tiles in a slice)
