Missing NAL Header in H265 Encoder output

Description

I simulated the h265enc_v2.0 with a yuv file and got the encoded output in the file 'w_bit_stream.dat' but it does have NAL Header in it.
It only have the video file information.In which module NAL Header is generated?
If it is known,I can print the NAL Header information and verify my results
