1512	Missing NAL Header in H265 Encoder output	sandeep22		"I simulated the h265enc_v2.0 with a yuv file and got the encoded output in the file 'w_bit_stream.dat' but it does have NAL Header in it.
It only have the video file information.In which module NAL Header is generated?
