Description

CABAC status is not set properly before and after encoding split flag when performing RDO. The attached patch may fix the problem.

Updated patch for hm-dev r4158.
Also attached a proposed patch for r4158 where the load has been moved outside the !bBoundary if clause - otherwise if the boundary condition is met, the CU delta QP will not use the correct state and the correct state will not be stored.
