Description

Several problems fixed in supplied patch:

1/ If GOP size is an odd number of fields, it will never output more than the first picture.

2/ If intra-only coding, the system does not work.

3/ If coding of more than 8 bit, the interlaced PSNRs are incorrect - remove UChar casting in reinterleave function.

4/ Fixes spacing in output text info.

Bugs detected during RExt development.
