Missing ".vcxproj.filters" files

Description

In MS VS2010, rules for the tree view in Solution Explorer are provided separately in ".vcxproj.filters" files, unlike they are included in ".vcproj" files in earlier versions.
It would be nicer to add ".vcxproj.filters" files into the repository.
Attached are ".vxproj.filters" files created by MS VS2010 automatically when upgrading VS2008 projects to VS2010 projects.
