Description

In 6.4.1 Derivation process for z-scan order block availability, the following descriptions,

The neighbouring block availability availableN is derived as follows.
...
– the variable BaseSliceAddrRS associated with the slice containing the coding block with minimum coding block address minBlockAddrCurr differs in value from the variable BaseSliceAddrRS associated with the slice containing the coding block with the current minimum coding block address.
...

should be modified to

The neighbouring block availability availableN is derived as follows.
...
– the variable BaseSliceAddrRS associated with the slice containing the coding block with minimum luma block address minBlockAddrN differs in value from the variable BaseSliceAddrRS associated with the slice containing the coding block with the current minimum luma block address minBlockAddrCurr.
