7.4.3
skip_flag[ x0 ][ y0 ] equal to 1 specifies that for the current coding unit, when decoding a P or B slice, no more syntax elements except the motion vector predictor indices are parsed after skip_flag[ x0 ][ y0 ].

"motion vector predictor indices" should be "merging candidate index".
