Clip operation missing in Inverse DST Transform Operation

Description

The clip operation is missing in the inverse DST operations, similar to inverse DCT.

To be consistent with the DCT description, the rounding offset and downshift should be removed from the text description of DST. Attached is one possible modification (version 1).

To be further consistent with the DCT description, I would suggest changing the description to a matrix multiplication specification, also found in the attached document (version 2).
