Description

"escapeDataPresent = 1" should be called in 7.3.8.11 residual coding syntax only when cabac_bypass_alignment_enabled_flag is equal to 1.

The decoding process does not use escapeDataPresent when cabac_bypass_alignment_enabled_flag is equal to 0.
