Description

Equation 8-367 currently reads:

( xYik′, yYjk′ ) = ( cIdx = = 0 ) ? ( xSik′, ySjk′ ) : ( xSik′ << 1, ySjk′ << 1 )

I think this should say:

( xYik′, yYjk′ ) = ( cIdx = = 0 ) ? ( xSik′, ySjk′ ) : ( xSik′ * SubWidthC, ySjk′ * SubHeightC )
