Description

The new version of SAO prevents different chroma QP offsets being applied:

An assert fails on any test conditions that cause different lambda values between the two chroma channels.

Also spelling error of variables - labmda -> lambda.

Simple solution being tested in RExt development; patch to follow.

Example of failure:
