SHM6.1 Decoder Aborts

Description

SHM6.1 TAppDecoder.exe aborts with the following error:

It seems the attachment is missing. Also, can you please share the encoder command line and configuration files used to reproduce the problem?

Software version - SHM 6.1, Platform - Linux
Encoder command line:
./TAppEncoderStatic -c encoder_randomaccess_main_RC_6_6mbps.cfg -c PeopleOnStreet-2x.cfg -c layers_6_6mbps.cfg
Decoder command line:
./TAppDecoderStatic -b PeopleOnStreet_RA_Main_RC_6_6mbps.bin -ls 2 -o0 BL.yuv -o1 EL.yuv

This problem is related to WPP. The code changes from rev 4061 of RExt were ported to fix the issue, committed with rev 880.
