• Please verify the correct component is selected:
  • HM for tickets relating to the HM software and implementation.
  • Text for tickets only relating to the current WD.
• Please choose an appropriate version for the ticket.
  • For HM tickets, this should be the software release you have been using.
  • For WD tickets, this should be the WD version.
