| Description |
Patch provided for S0043 was incorrectly integrated, as of now palette prediction information is signalled twice at encoder which was not present in the original patch. Also, related code was never updated after recent adoptions and is not compliable. I also encourage software coordinators to enable SCM_S0043_PLT_DELTA_QP macro of the adopted aspect that code can be executed to avoid such problems in the future. Attached patch relative to SCM-5.2 may solve the problem. |
