In San Jose, plenary discussion on the BoG report JCTVC-0738 decided that entropy slice are not allowed in main profile, but current statement in WD text (H1003_dK) is

• When tiles_or_entropy_coding_sync_idc is greater than 0, entropy_slice_flag shall be equal to 0.

so Entropy Slice are still allowed when single tile is used.

Suggested modification by Ye-Kui: Keep the above sentence in the semantics of entropy_slice_flag (since multiple tiles and Entropy Slice have been made mutually exclusive anyway as per JCTVC-H0513), and add the following bullet item in the profile definition:

• entropy_slice_flag shall be equal to 0.
