Guidelines for new tickets:

• Please verify the correct component is selected:
  • SHM software for tickets relating to the SHM software and implementation.
  • SHVC text and test model for tickets only relating to the SHVC draft or test model.
• Please choose an appropriate version for the ticket from the drop down list.
  • For SHM software tickets, this should be the software release you have been using.
  • For SHVC text and test model tickets, this should be the appropriate SHVC draft or test model version.
