Guidelines for new tickets:
 - Please verify the correct component is selected:
    - HM for tickets relating to the HM software and implementation.
    - Text for tickets only relating to the current WD.
 - Please choose an appropriate version for the ticket.
    - For HM tickets, this should be the software release you have been using.
    - For WD tickets, this should be the WD version.
