776	collocated_ref_idx parsing at decoder	adarsh		"The collocated_ref_idx is parsed at the decoder in TDecCAVLC.cpp. However, when the syntax elements are not signalled, no value is explicitly assigned there. When there are multiple slices and one of these syntax elements is not signalled, it takes the value of the syntax element from the previous slice - because copySliceInfo() is called to copy the information from the previous slice.
