The attached patch provides such fix by removing two related macros (i.e., LOG2_PARALLEL_MERGE_LEVEL_MINUS2 and CU_BASED_MRG_CAND_LIST) in the SW and replacing them with a parameter ""Log2ParallelMergeLevel"" in .cfg files.
