181	Improper motion information subsampling	fbossen		"In TComCUMvField::compress subsampling of motion information is done using a constant factor AMVP_DECIMATION_FACTOR. When the smallest CU size is other than 8x8 (and smallest PU size other than 4x4) this leads to a subsampling that may be more substantial than intended. For example if the smallest CU size is 16x16, motion vectors would be kept at 32x32 resolution. Additionally if the maximum CU depth is 1 this leads to memory corruption as it is not possible to subsample by a factor of 4 (default value of AMVP_DECIMATION_FACTOR) without crossing LCU boundaries.
