1502	Using independent substreams for compressSlice I get x3 more bits per POC	sdancer75		"Using independent substreams for compressSlice(..),  I get about x3 times more bits for every POC ie 286816 bits with original code and about 940000 bits with the independent substreams method.  It supposed that HM will take care of this job. So its a bug or not implemented feature ?
