139	Memory leak in Void TComAdaptiveLoopFilter::create	Xiang Li		"Memory leak in TComAdaptiveLoopFilter::create was reported by valgrind. In fact, m_imgY_temp was allocated in TComAdaptiveLoopFilter::create but was never freed. 

It is quite easy to fix this bug: Add the following line in bold into Void TComAdaptiveLoopFilter::destroy(), namely

  destroyMatrix_int(m_filterCoeffSym);
  ...
}

According to valgrind, there are other minor memory leak. But they are not serious.
