When the default CU size and depth are changed(such as CU size 16,depth 2), the decoder will crash.
That is caused by when it is the last depth; the LCEC should use the last table, where there is no split flag.
The bug fix can be found attached, under the macro of LCEC_INTER_MODE_BUG_FIX.
