1191	Difference between the binaries obtained from release mode and debug mode.	pratyush		"Hi, i was conducting some tests on HM12 codec and i used executables generated in debug mode on Visual Studios 2012, which are slow and therefore I am planning to use the the executables generated by release mode. 

Are there any possibility of difference between the encoded bins obtained by encoding using HM12 exes in debug mode and the encoded bins in release mode. Are both same?
