But in HM encoder code (HM14.0) I find following condition(FILE : TEncSlice.cpp, Function : initEncSlice() , Line No : 351)

    {
       dLambda *= 0.95;
    }

This suggest that, 0.95 is multiplied when (m_bUseHADME== 0) which is conflicting with the document. "	prashanthns
v5 (02/2018)	1512	Missing NAL Header in H265 Encoder output	Encoder Description	v5 (02/2018)	technical change		new	2020-11-16T11:44:19+01:00	2020-11-16T11:44:19+01:00	"I simulated the h265enc_v2.0 with a yuv file and got the encoded output in the file 'w_bit_stream.dat' but it does have NAL Header in it.
It only have the video file information.In which module NAL Header is generated?
If it is known,I can print the NAL Header information and verify my results"	sandeep22
