1) entropy_coding_synchro is specified as “u(v)” coded, but the semantics does not say how. It should be “ue(v)” coded instead. 2) It is said that “The value of entropy_coding_synchro shall be in the range of 0 to tileWidthInLCUs−1, inclusive.” However, what if there are no tiles? What if tiles are of different widths? 3) cabac_istate_reset_flag is about CABAC flushing for wavefront parallel processing. It should not be present if entropy_coding_synchro is equal to 0. |
